Help/Support LDOE erases progress

Everytime I close my game and log back in my game doesn't save the progress restarts me from my last save point every time help please

All these problems started today I'm lvl 60 with hella sh!t and I don't wanna lose any of it and I can't progress because my game isn't saving the progress when I continue were I left off

Ok well what helped me was remove/uninstall the hack. Open up the game and play for a minuet or less. Then close the game, install new hack, open up the game and enter the passcode that the game tells you to enter to delete your "new" player and upload your previous/old profile from GameCenter or wherever you had your old progress saved. Now you can play where you left off and have everything you had previously without having to start over every time.

When I enter back into the game after an update, it will ask to delete my current character (new one at level 1) and reload my old progress where I was level 80+ but asks me to enter a 4 digit code that's on the screen to delete my character that's level 1 and to reload old game.

I'm on the current Version I don't have a update. I uninstalled the game played for a few minutes and restarted the game and nothing came up for a code and it didn't save my progress
