Help/Support When respring my iPad and apple show up it keep repeat respring itself

Hello everyone hope u can help.

When I respring my iPad and apple show up my iPad keep repeat respring It self and don't allow me to go to my locked page.I have to reboot and hold down home botton and value then it allow me to play my iPad again but all the hack from setting are gone. I try to download it but doesn't show up but on cydia it does.

 

Any idea would be great

Have you tried Safe Mode?

I edit it try do something on Ifile and I'm on safe mode about that time after done I try to go back to my normal page then the problem happen Apple show up and keep repeat it self over and over
