I m sure that I have installed cydia correctly as it appears, I installed the hack, but for some reason the mod doesn't appear when I open the game. Am I doing something wrong?

Cydia Substrate (from Cydia).
 PreferenceLoader (from Cydia).

you have these install?

I am using checkra1n which I have used in previous versions which used to install cydia and I have never had an issue with it. I have PreferenceLoader now, but I have never installed/used it and I have no idea what is that cydia substrate and also why is it highlighted it in black like that
