Turn "count" switch off. It will force set the value which you want. 

Like the switch on the slider itself should be off

Yea tried that before. Can only limit to 2 out of 5 units

Oh damn. I got the issue. Btw see what happens if you put it at 5. Does enemy #1 also get Speedboost?

No it just switches places with the 2nd unit in your team. Enemy units have 0 speed throughout the runs

If you set count 5 with switch off, what happens?
