I found the issue . 
Pls turn on A-Bypass with summonerwars 

and With Choicy turn on A-Bypass and deb hack . 
 Work fine now !

It must be tweak conflicted, best is try using Choicy and whitelist the bypass only see if the crash still happen. I don’t have any issue
