Help/Support HELP : How do i sign an ipa and install it on ios 11.2.1?

I have cracked MyTapjoy ipa and i am trying to install it on my jailed device on ios 11.2.1,  So does cydia impactor comes in use here? If yes? How?

Drag the .iPA into cydia impactor & login with your Apple ID Logins.

iPhone 5 will crack armv7 (x32) binary, on iOS 11 you can NO longer install armv7 binaries on your device.

 then what should i do to install it? Could you help me crack an iPA using App Admin? And provide me the link ?

Install it through iTunes

Tapjoy has been removed from App Store and Play Store. So can't install it through iTunes

Wait if there's a way to install it through itunes? What is it?

Go to purchases tab in AppStore & you'll still be able to download it.
