I'm on iOS 10.3.x and can install tweaks, I recommend researching before you jump to conclusions. This new Jailbreak Doesn't need mobile substrate to be rewritten. Hope u think before you comment on my stuff again. Thanks you

Unfortunately Not, The Jailbreak is sill in its BETA stages and a lot of tweaks are not working at the moment!  Debs will be working in at most 2 weeks!
