Help/Support Banned in FWD Assualt

So, recently @JasonSlays [A.K.A. my little brother] got banned in Foward Assualt. Any ideas on how to get him unbanned? In a way he won't lose his data? Btw, there is a way to get unbanned but it requires Game Center but he isn't logged in.

No, you can't just unban yourself. 

What you can do is reset the app & being able to create a new account.

He was hacking, so he will lose that account

Maybe he shouldn't use obvious ones like no gravity or maybe he was in a game with a mod.
