Alright , so if your game crashes at confirming resources , do the following : 
 

1. Install the game from PlayStore 
2. you need a file manager like ES File manager
3. Launch the PlayStore version , download all resources and play 1 match 
4. Go to /android/data in ES 
5. Rename the 'com.nexon.pbs' folder to 'com.nexon.pbs7'
6. Uninstall the PlayStore version 
7. Rename 'com.nexon.pbs7' back to 'com.nexon.pbs'
8. Install the modded APK
9. Enjoy !!!

 

I will make video as well if you guys have any problem

I do it your way but now it crash as soon as the game starts
