@Th3nop I mean like format your laptop, my first question was how do I format it ( remove everything on my iphone ), second question is if I do it will I get unban from a game ( I got banned from a game and the administrator of the game told that I can't play again the game in the same phone, the community here found a way how to be unban with the keychain but I need to have cydia which I don't have, my mind is if I format my phone will I be able to get unban from this ? )

No you can't, it goes off of your devices specific serial numbers and codes. You can't get unbanned without the cydia

No one knows but there has been hope recently for iOS 11.2.1 as exploits have been released.
