    the third command is not working

    Check your folder, make sure there is a /usr/lib folder

    @DiDA @Laxus i am constantly getting this error when trying to compile (make package) one simple tweak:

    make: Makefile: Permission denied
    make: *** No rule to make target 'package'.  Stop.

    1) Im already inside my project folder.

    2) i had no problems while installing theos on my windows 10 pc, so i guess i have everything necessary.

    Could you guys please give some help what could be the problem???

    Sounds like permission issues. Restarting your Ubuntu Window should fix this.

    Using Windows Explorer to replace or change the files breaks the permissions in Ubuntu sadly.

    sadly i did that already. i reopened ubuntu like 5 times and still giving me the same message. is that how you restart ubuntu?

    Try chmod +x Makefile
