Help/Support Downgrade iOS

I really hate having to ask this and honestly never thought I would need to. I've been saving the blobs on my husbands iPad Air, my iPad Air, and my iPhone 6. Is there a way to downgrade to an earlier iOS version with my blobs in Windows 10 without needing a virtual machine, Linux, or a mac? I'm mainly concerned with my husbands iPad Air but went digging around to try it on the iPhone 6 and I've researched so much and not gotten a straight answer.

If I were you, I would ask that on /r/jailbreak .

New exploits may be found in the future that will make downgrading easier. Like Coolbooter for now.

Thanks. Coolbooter is for jailbroken devices, but the iPhone 6 and my husbands iPad Air aren't. I hope there can eventually be something. I'm debating to putting his iPad on iOS 11.1.1 while it's still being signed. He's on 10.2.1 so I can't jailbreak it and I'm afraid if I don't now and there is a jailbreak for that version I will miss out. I'm not worried about the phone being jailbroken.

I thought there was that Saigon jailbreak for iOS 10.2.1. IDK.

To use your blobs you need to use FutureRestore or something, there are videos on how to downgrade using blobs.

Oh yeah sorry. All our devices are on iOS 11.1.1
