The latest one, I even installed the normal app from the appstore and getting the same error, I have a feeling I got banned.

I will jump in here. The no attack instant skill IPA has this problem. Don't know about only instant skill yet.

I deleted the hacked .ipa and installed the real one from the appstore and getting the same error. I signed out of gamecenter, no dice.

Might be a server error on their part. They have had lots of bugs and glitches in the game.
