Help/Support ModMenu Dissapears

Well, on shmoo's the button, but if I wouldn't close the Mod Menu & then click Single Player for example, the MM dissapears, if I then go back to mainscreen the MM will still not be closed.

So basiclly both dissapear

take a screen recorder in video, then sent me in line..let me watch the video
