Today I'll show you How to install IPA apps without computer? or cydia impactor

Let's go:)

Requirements :
1- ios device / jailbroken
2- download ( browser and file manager for documents ) from AppStore or you can download any app holds the same specifications
3- "AppCake" from cydia http://cydia.iphonecake.com/
