Help/Support hook sub_x functions aren't working on kirb's theos

Hi,

 

I recently updated to kirb's theos.

Works fine, now I updated 2 apps, where hooking sub_x functions are not working, atleast not on arm64.

 

I tried this, to see if it works

 

But this generates a error for me, which it never did on my old theos.

 

==> Error: You do not have an SDK in /Platforms/iPhoneOS.platform/Developer/SDKs.

 

I searched it, found one topic, but he never was able to solve it.

 

Is there another solution to make hooking arm64 sub_x functions work?

Kirb's theos? You mean /theos/theos?

You don't need to rename those files anymore. Did you follow the iOS installation steps correctly or are you installing on a Mac?

I used your kirb's theos setup tutorial.

/var/theos is it installed

Just try 'make update-theos'

 

It told me this

 

But if I wasn't on the right theos, 'make update-theos' shouldn't work right?:

Read the error "Error: You do not have an SDK in /Platforms/iPhoneOS.platform/Developer/SDKs."

You need to get an SDK...

BTW changing those files names is for updating it to work for ARM64/64-Bit though the files shown there are not the only files you have to add '64' to.

I do have a SDK. Also that's the directory for a MAC not a iPhone lol.

Yes like DiDA said sort of.. the newer Theos should already be updated so you shouldn't need to update the file names.

@Ted2 And you checked that location for the SDK its says?
