Okay so I've download 2 duplicated IPA's from @DiDA Tutorial and I am signed into Game Center on the original Clash Of Clans App (There is an original and 2 duplicated ones) I want to know how and if I can connect to game center on the duplicated ones. Extra: if you have clash of clans with another duplicated then you'll know what I'm talking about

Havent tried this but you can try this:

Login from your 1st gc id and go to one of the duplicates. Wait for your base to load up and close the game. Now login from your 2nd gc id and go to the other duplicate, you might be prompted to go to the other base, just confirm and switch. Try going to the other duplicate now and check if your base got switched or not, if it did then this didnt work and if it did work then you might get a popup saying to go to the other since you are since logged into your 2nd gc (you can just ignore this).

Hope this works

That won't work, each time I change the Game Center or something it only effects the original app. I can try deleting the original and and see if it connects to gam center on the duplicate. But thanks for trying to help!!! (:

I don't think there is an answer.

You have 3 of the exact same apps on your device, GC will just look for the original app and ignore the 2 duplicates.

That's what I was thinking but didn't know for sure

This is what you need to do...

Use GC to load your first base to the original app. Clone the original app.

Use 2nd GC and load second base to the original app. Clone the Original app again and name it something different than the first clone.

Use the 3rd GC to load the 3rd base to the Original app.

This should allow you to run all three bases on the same device without having to switch GC Accounts.

I have tried this and it works.

Edit:

The cloned apps still will not be able to sync with GC, but you will have your bases loaded in them.

EDIT 2:

Use iBackupBot (nonjailbreak) or iFile (jailbreak) to clone the applications yourself. Alternately, you could figure out what files contain your base, copy them from the original app to the clone, change GC, and repeat.
