Being stuck on the loading screen indicates that you have crafted an item you are not supposed to, the item you crafted is not yet in the game, all you can do is start again.

Log out of Game Center  

delete the app

install app and play till you hit level 2

Close app

Log in to Game Center

Now you should have a fresh game to start at level 2, do not craft items not yet released or you will face the same issue.

I tried.. it doesn’t work.. I logged in to the GC after level 2 then I tried to restored then it stuck again in screen loading. Help me please  ?
