You need alpha card to get into bunker now. And you still need the code to go upstairs. The dev has updated the game and remove alpha card from the dead soldier.

I was struggling to find alpha card too, but I read on some forums they says you have to go to hunting on oranges location only, so I did. Finally I got one. And that's not fast, it takes quite a while to grab it. I hope it helps.

Bonus: I duplicate it up to 20 cards LOL. If we were on the same server I would give it to you.
