    Take the screen shot, then go here :

    Select the image with the "Browse" button and click "Upload"

    wait for image to upload and you will receive a link, copy and paste that link here !!

    UDID Faker could be causing an issue, Remove the tweak and respring device. 

    UDID is a standard created by a consortium of *private* technology-related companies to identify a range of things, among them specific hardware devices such as iPads.

    Using iPads as an example, "spoofing" your UDID may violate Apple's End User License Agreement, entitling Apple to refuse you access to, among other things, the App Store and firmware updates.

    Remove linktunes/linktunes plugin and respring. 

    This tweak could affects your Apple ID and anything related to it such as AppStore  

    You could post all in one go 

    One more thing : Do the Cydia updates after you have removed both tweaks I mentioned above
