I had installed an old tweak on my iPad 3 running on iOS 9.3.5  my iPad went to boot loop but now when I try to re-jailbreak my iPad again it again goes to boot loop and remains unjailbroken what to do? I want a solution without restoring my idevice. Please help me fast.

Its gonna be hard for anybody but you to figure out this problem, when we dont know what did you install, where did you get the tweak, what did you do with your ipad or anything. But, there are "A LOT" of tutorials out there, so I suggested you google. Sorry man.

You need to :

Boot into safemode

when device reboots press and hold the volume + button, do not let go until you see the lockscreen.

Safemode is a bit tricky for some users to get into, just keep trying, it's all about timing, you need to press and hold that volume button at the right time.

Once in safemode open Cydia and remove the "Old" tweak, reboot.

Do not rejailbreak, you are Jailbroken you do not need to rejailbreak you need to boot into safemode and remove the tweak.

You will need to hold the volume up button while booting into your jailbroken state (not on fresh boot), instead of entering normal jailbroken state it will go into safe mode, disabling most tweaks. If it allows you to boot into safe mode, open Cydia and remove the tweak causing the issue.
