yea you can be banned by using the unlimited ammo. when someone toggle/spectate you. they'll see that you have over 10000 bullets for ammo & reserve ammo. they can just take a screenshot or a video of you playing. here is what I mean:

 

I made a private room with my 2 accounts & spectate the one with the hack. 

 

So, I suggest to turn off the Unlimited Ammo at all time. I've been on blayzegames.com (BulletForce&FWDAssault's Official Site) and I saw some of the heretic reports about this. It is bannable. Your jealous teammates in the game can even report you if you're caught.
