Help/Support Free boxes in last day on earth

When ever I try to get free boxes it says a error has occurred try again later I died with all my good stuff thinking i was the king of he world and apparently cpus can has vss vintorezs and that was the end please fix

Can you specify what what where you doing that it gave you the message " An error has occurred, try again later" ?

Because "getting free stuff" can mean a lot of things

Sorry I was trying to open the boxes for rare weapons and all the other packs and it had that message.

Alright well the problem is that since you are using the hacked version of the game when you try to buy a loot box or a pack the cheat will try to get it for free, and since this cheat only works for some hours after the release of a new update you wont be able to buy any loot box or pack as long as you are using the hacked version of the game. I discovered this because uninstalled the hacked version and installed the original to buy a loot box and then I installed it again because it wouldn't let me with the hacked version of the game.
