Help/Support Restart game when stuck on loading screen?

Hi everybody,

Do you know how can i restart my game when I'm stuck on the loading screen? I've the 1.6 loading screen problem after creating new box...

I've allready tried to delete the game and re-install the game in order to start a new game sycnh with the gamecenter...but it seems to be impossible and it doesn't work when i load my broken game save from the homescreen after choose a server and it doesn't work too when i try to connect to gamecenter directly from a new game...

try using the nonehack game first, im not being able to connect as well 1.6.1 is coming they tightened the system. we have to wait for HACK Updates

The users use a hack to craft any items and then save's the process to the cloud on a previous version of the game, Users then update to new version, attempt to load save game but it fails to load the save in the new version due to the changes the Developer makes regarding certain items.

I myself have never installed a hack for this app, LocalIAPStore worked from Version 1.5.8 through 1.5.11, I only used it to get crates and coins, only crafted what was avalible and can load up the same game save after every update, all 300 of each crates still in my inventory with over 100,000 coins at level 60.

I also have the same problem.

the 24h game does not let me in, it stays on the upload screen for hours, I tried to reinstall, remove hacks, but nothing stays just like loading my account with Game Center. new game instead goes. I'm 100% sure not to have used some piece that is not yet available in the game. help me
