Kind of stuck

I'm been playing for a couple of days and I can't get a motorcycle because I have no gas tank and handle bar and the drive shaft for the ATV I can't find these parts after searching every box at every base and bunker twice or more. Also I can't put up a tower because I have no oak. I can't purchase the transportation pack because it's temporally unavailable so I feel like I'm stuck I've got tons of every other item but the ones I need I can't find can anyone offer any assistance or advice on his matter.

This is the Beta version of the game. In V1.5.8, players can not have oak or steel.

Also in V1.5.8 you can find gas tank or chopper fork in the red box which is in Bunker Alpha's lobby. But you should open the box for a few times. (Boxes refreshes in 3 days after you open the Bunker Alpha)

Yea, there is no oak or steel. You can not craft anything required oak or steel.
