Install LDOE from App Store to save data on Game Center unless you already have that connected. After that delete LDOE downloaded from App Store. After that you need to download Cydia Impactor and LDOE 1.5.7 iOS IAP. Then it should work.

It is a RARE drop so dont expect to get a copy of card B so easily but if you want to know where to find it. It pops out on yellow and red zone on higher rank zombies like spitter but most of the time inside a f.bloater its a RARE item.
