Is there anything wrong/bad/negative about this device's battery?

I believe thats good, its normal that battery health goes down in time & uses. In your case it's almost like new

I only use it for hacking and p0rn. iPad probably likes what I watch lol

Just don't let it make into 20% or less, It will reduce your battery's life. Using while its charged, Its fine.
