Yes . V.1.7.1 mod supports Bluestacks. I am not sure if you can transfer the diamonds . But your purchased cash and fertilizer will . Also a modded apk cant connect to google play store or facebook so if hempire has a method of transferring outside of this . They you can ...

GameGuardian worked for me before . They patched it now . When i reinstalled the game on my emulator yesterday, i somehow still had the account with unlimited cash
