Use the clone stamp tool to remove the S and scale the T to fit in the insignia :)

And what font is that :p

 

no clone stamp used. I used pen tool to trace the S and the diamond the background i added a steel background with a rust background overlay with clouds overlaying both added flare and a black border setting the opacity if i were to remove the T you would see what i mean added the letter T free transformed to fill beveled the font and thats it  oh and beveled the diamond thats it  :D

The overlay blend mode works better than I thought ^_^
