i make app deb why and install deb binary 67kb (binary 16 mb)

Could you explain further ? Is your .deb for an app 67kb ? And your question is how can it be smaller than 16mb?

I think that is the question.

But in more depth would be nice, like what did you do?

A deb hack is only code that implents itself into the app. You don't make the app itself with it & you don't have to use the app's binary (except when autolipo)
