Hey, recently my iPad broke and I had no chip do but to restore it. I went from ios 9.3.2 to 10.3.2...

 

any jailbreak coming as well as any rumours ?

There's some good stuff. I don't recommend getting VIP if you only want it for a single app

take a look at what cheats VIP can get you that you want and then see if it is worth it
