Hi good day/night, I've currently been having some issues getting the Cydia app to pop up on my device which is jailbroken... it all started to happen ever since I had reset my device. Even though I did reset my iOS version still remains at 10.2 which can be jailbroken. Anyhow the device is an iPad Air 2 and I've installed the Yalu app and it says the device is jailbroken but no it did not install any Cydia app... also I've tried installing the Cydia IPA but it won't install... I literally spent an entire night trying to fix the problem but failed miserably. Any help will he greatfull ty. :)

Hm, as far as I know.. when you do restore to factory setting you need to use firs cydia eraser... than everything else..

i hope you are not lost chance.. i screwed my 9.0.2 like that :)

try to jailbreak again... try more times.. also try to hard reboot your device few time after jailbreak is done..

if you dont know hot to hard reboot, search on youtube..

that is home and power button, or home and down button depends on device..

There's been several support topics with ur issue, none were solved so I got curious...It seems it usually has to be a fresh restore (From backup) to be able to rejailbrake with Cydia. (and restoring from backup would update ur iOS to unjailbreakable version as of what's been released.

I was reading a little about Yalufix ipa that might help u though.

Also try opening Cydia through Safari (while in jailbroken state, and   typing if all else fails.

Type:(in Terminal) "killall SpringBoard" or "killall -9 SpringBoard" to Respring

Cydia://

If it opens Cydia, try re-installing Cydia substrate and Cydia installer.

I don't have Cydia installed.. I only have the Yalu app installed, that's about it. When I jaikbreak it doesn't install the Cydia app at all.

keep trying to jailbreak. have you tried the mach_portal method?

Trying to jailbreak over and over will not work.. I've click jailbreak around 10+ times and I've tried multiple different versions of Yalu.. also sorry the mach_portal method is for iOS 10.1.1, I'm on iOS 10.2 device is iPad Air 2.
