1. Install original game from app store
2. Download deb from here
3. "install" the deb using ifile/filza
4. Open the game, popup & login should be there
5. Open hack menu using small iosgods icon (right hand side of the screen)

Uninstall and respiring.

Had to do it on my iPad 4.
