Try deleting phoenix , and einstall through cydia impactor , and then kickstart jailbreak

plug it in the wall and hold the lock button and home button until an apple logo appears then keep holding home but let go of lock button then the iTunes logo will appear with the logo still their plug the device in ur computer and restore. if the device turns off while you are moving it then ur cord is garbage or u need to charge it longer

just fixed my device restored with iTunes after turning my device in iTunes connect but thanks anyway just telling you all if you don't want your device getting messed up don't install this jailbreak

that happened for me , i was able to open up my device but jailbreak didnt work . I restored through iTunes thrice ... but my iPad aint my primary device with important data or work to be done on so i dont mind as long as i can make and test sexy hacks
