This iOS IPA hack is now using the new Jailed iGMenu! Cheat features can now be turned ON/OFF via the iOSGods Mod Menu in-game.

I got the same thing happening to me today, "Xcode 7.3 or later required" trying to sideload something here. The same error with Impactor on mac 10.15.7 and Sideloadly on 12.3(M1). And yeah it's a paid account, using it without the anisette option. So this could be something they have changed again...
