It’s not a glitch, that’s from the actual game. Leave to the map and you’ll get an event saying “meet people”

Did anyone try building the ATV?? I finalized it and it was working good showing on the mini map but after fueling it, it’s stuck in a glitch where I can’t access it and it’s showing a wrench on the mini map as if it’s still not finalized... anyone else came across this issue?

Thats right, im using kevlar suite for 2 months already, nothing wrong with it, they look better than the boring swat.
