Are you leaving the area?

Are you connecting your GC Account?

Are you crafting items that arn't released yet or items that are released but use unreleased materials?

 

Any of the above could cause the game freeze.

I haven't found a way. And i have tested on 5s 10.3.3 iPh7 10.3.3 & iPad Air 10.3.2.

I have tried all different variations with GC accounts (New,Old, Current)

Haven't been able to leave the base yet without it freezing the game and ruining it. 

 

BUT i did find if you signed in and it crashed you GC Account. Sign out of your GC Account on your device and the game will load again. Recover you GC Account on another device following instructions from my earlier post.

Hope i'me being helpful guys. Even if only informative.
