At the moment, you can do a Kon special mission which gives you massive amount of exp, I think it was 30,000 or more. 

You can do it only once a day, but it is super easy. You can increase the amount of exp by using the exp boosters from Kons Store or equip the magazine items to your characters. Add a 5, 4 and 3 star of the matching colour to maximize the exp output.
