Monitor:Some Cheap Acer

Nice, going for the same thing but dif mobo, i7 7700k , 250ssd, half the ram and the extreme version of the corsair h100i v2

Are you sure about the mouse?

I have cheap $2 low quality mouse and it's so perfect (with DPI control & side buttons ofc)

I bought one that cost $10 and it's like garbage now for me (bc of 3 sec sleep mode & weight)
