this is weird, so I started the game with hack from the start, it works, without even trying hard and i reach mission 3. However, After finishing mission 3 it forced me to add gears for a hero "BUTTER", no options to tap any were, we have to click equip but equipped button is disabled, so cant be clicked. And cant go back and play other missions. Basically i am stuck, i reset the app, cleared the cash , deleted the game and downloaded again, and i am still in same exact point.

any idea why? & how to fix

I believe you, that is why this is weird, my be by mistake that gear is already used or something like that and thats why the equip button is disabled. Any way now the million dollar question is how do I reset my app and start from beganing ?
