You can only read without jailbreak, you can't have write access without jailbreaking, that's one of the points of jailbreaking.

it seems that Cydia is automatically trying to remove TaiG untether and if you are on 8.1.3-8.4 that's a bad thing.

 

Do you have SSH or MTerminal installed? Or Filza?

 

Additionally, it is Cydia itself which is stopping it because it will brick your device.
