Is there anyone that encounters the error " trying to get a hint for invalid currency type event" when forfeiting the space mission or when returning after complete final space mission?

Why would the phone connection time out?  Where does the generated file get saved on the PC; can i just use ifile to the phone to get around the connection time out error?
