How do I duplicate the LINE app without my accounts merging?

What I mean by accounts merging is after I have duplicated the LINE app and log into both apps with 2 different accounts, then close the apps from multitasking and open them again, my friends, groups and chats from one account/app shows up on the other account/app. Also when I try to message my friend with both accounts, the message says its coming from only 1 account. But it appears that I am logged into account number 1 on one app and account number 2 on the other app.

Here is the guide I followed to duplicate the LINE app but ended up with the merging issue.

Assuming it's possible if you rename the app? Or possible using UDID faker for one so that it registers a different phone to that app entirely. I would say try both....

UDID faker has not been updated for ios 9.3.3 but I tried duplicating the app on my iphone 4 with ios 7 and changed the UDID with UDID faker like you said, but that did not work out. On ios 7 when I'm logging into the duplicated LINE app with UDID changed, it automatically switches to the first app and tells me to confirm my account which does not log me into the duplicated LINE app.

Did you change the bundle identifier in the info.plist file of the cloned app? It has to be different from the original. Should say like CFBundleIdentifier (or something similar) and ya need to make sure it is changed to anything diff from the original Line BundleID.

Also there's a tweak called slices that lets you do what ur looking to do without the hassle of cloning apps. You can have as many "slices", or sets of account data, as you want.

Yes, I changed the bundleindentifier, that's how I cloned the app in the first place. It's in the video I posted in this thread. Also I tried slices with and without the duplicated app but my accounts still become merged into one account. Thanks for trying to help by the way.

Yeah now that I think about it the cloned app probably wouldn't open without changing that or even show up. Probably should've watched the video you posted first....

That's really weird if you are logged in to different accounts that it's still merging, with clone or slices. I know it's not the solution ur looking for but have you tried using Line on PC for one and the app for the other account? Curious if that works, to see if it's the device or the IP that's causing it.

Yeah I tried line on pc but tells me to enter a pin code on line on my phone to log in. Plus I kind of want to be able to have 2 line apps on my phone.

Try making a second slice with slices and wipe app data with 'Apps Manager' then open the app, if it still uses your other account then I guess your account would have to be connected to the device. Otherwise you can try 'MobileGestaltFaker' aka MGFaker which I think may work fully on iOS 9 but I haven't been able to test to see if it actually changes the ID's.
