Do you also 'lock' your device when you clicked the button called 'close' on the allert when you click 'go' ?

I did both. Click close then lock, did not click close then lock.

My phone was jailbroken back then, until the cert got expired I went to factory reset my phone. So now my phone is clean. Now I want to jailbreak

So you factory reset your phone then you must download the pangu app from cydia impactor and jailbreak from the app then after that you can rejailbreak from that website because you can't jailbreak from the site you just "rejailbreak"

You factory reset your phone, this means you'll have to rejailbreak. So you'll need the jailbreak tool, not the 'go into jb mode' tool

Revoke your certificate. It is a drop down menu on top right of box, I think. Once that is done, you can jailbreak as normal.
