Of course I am, the problem I have is that I only have the option to choose a file from icloud drive. No option to choose from on my phone, 

Found others have the issue but I couldn't solve it

Ok, yeah just had the same problem. I was not selecting Mobile on the options.

After you move the file. You need to click on the little i next to it. Then in ownership you make moth mobile.
