Fudge.  I wish I came here before doing a backup restore which failed.  Now I have no default iOS apps, e.g., Settings, Safari, iTunes, App Store, etc.

Also, everytime I try to restore to 9.3.3 from .ipsw, this also fails.

I guess i have to wait for the 10.3.1 JB to come out.
