My internet was being a bit weird so I reset all of my settings.  This resulted in my internet going back to normal but an entire set of apllications was removed.  A folder with cydia, appcake, ifile and other jailbreak related items were removed. Is there anything to do to get them back?

This has been mentioned pretty much all over the internet. Resetting all settings can cause issues.

Luckily for you, at least you can still boot up your iDevice.

To get Cydia back, you can try running the Jailbreak tool once more.

I tried to re-jailbreak but pangu says that it is already jailbroken. What else can I do?

Did you have OpenSSH installed on your iDevice?

Does iFunBox recognize your iDevice as Jailbroken?

Ifunbox recognizes my device is jailbroken, and I dont have openssh on my device. I want to semi-restore but I am on mac and semi-restore is a bit more complex for mac.

If iFunBox recognizes your Jailbroken iDevice as Jailbroken, download these 2 debs:

http://apt.saurik.com/cydia/debs/cydia-lproj_1.1.12_iphoneos-arm.deb

http://apt.saurik.com/cydia/debs/cydia_1.1.16_iphoneos-arm.deb

And place them in the Cydia Auto Install option then reboot.

Im sorry, but as my knickname implies, I tend to be clueless with computers.  What exactly is the cydia auto install option?
