To Get This Premium you will need to go to the app store and review Squares Game : https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/squares-a-squares-puzzle-game/id1096954981?mt=8

Copy and paste the review you put in the app store in the below form you are about to fill:

To receive the premium licence you must have an existing ++ email. You can create one by going to the settings of any ++ tweak and then going to Ad Removal Settings -> Login / Sign Up -> Sign Up and then enter the username or email that you used to sign up in the form below.
