The background wont look good resized to 16x16

NOTHING looks good resized to 16x16 lol.

Without the background you lose some of the sparkly effects

Too small. Needs to be 260x260 and the font needs to be very visible an preferably a transparent background.

Favicons need to be perfectly sized otherwise they will lose pixel quality upon resizing because of resizing to extremely smaller size. I'm talking about merged JPEG files and not vectors. If you can give me the exact dimensions of each image you need, I can do it.

Our current one is 260x260 so that means the browser resized the image itself.
