Help/Support Iphone 6 Broke

Hello guys

my Iphone 6 broke and screen goes from purple to black and doesn't load apps. I don't know why this happened and the main problem is that i had 3K photos and they are not loading, when I go to Photos it doesn't show anything just zero.Itunes show that the storage is still taken up, also I tried to back it up but it just crashes. can anyone help? 3000 photos

Is your iPhone Jailbroken ? Did you ever back it up ? 

Wait , iTunes shows Data is still there , that means your pc can recognize it ? so try using  a data recovery software

You have to plug your phone into a computer and manually upgrade the ios to the next version sadly

no it is not jailbroken and i have never backed it up.I will try both of them and tell you if it works out.Thanks

Try accesing the iphone storage through Windows Explorer like you would with a USB.

If you can't access it via the computer you should be able to log into your iCloud and access your photos that way if you have it set up. If not I know the people at the AT&T store are able to access it for you. They did for me when I accidentally ran my phone over with my car.

Have you tried accessing files with iFunbox or iBackupBot?

ifunbox didnt work havent tried ibackup bot, i tried updating to newest ios using itunes because it got stuck in a loop and didnt load past apple logo and when i tried updating it said it could not. no other options left to do in this situation? i just want the photos gonna throw the phone away anyway...
